A micro bakery in Bloomingdale, GA baking from-scratch classics (that includes Sourdough) with a focus on clean, simple ingredients. We use Georgia-grown produce whenever possible and keep our recipes rooted in tradition—honest, wholesome, and preservative-free.

We’ll be taking a summer break to rest, recharge, and explore a few sourdough bakeries along the way.

Thank you for supporting us through every season. We’ll be back after June 15th with happy starters, rested hands, and hopefully a few new ideas.
