Come and get our limited edition Tabi Honey!

Our Nariño Tabi Honey comes from the Tabi varietal and is crafted using the honey process. Despite its name, this method doesn’t actually involve honey. It’s called “honey” because, after the coffee cherries are depulped, the sticky fruit layer known as mucilage remains on the bean.

During drying, this sweet, viscous layer undergoes a gentle fermentation that infuses the coffee with a naturally mellow sweetness and slightly lower acidity, resulting in a beautifully balanced cup.
