It's time to restart my IncrEdible Endings
cake business here in Iowa.
IncrEdible Endings was one of the premiere cakeries in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. For 30 years, I created 3 layers of moist cakes and 2 layers of delicious creamy fillings covered with my Italian Buttercream icing for weddings, birthdays and more.
You can choose from a huge flavor list
including
*White cake with Raspberry Cream
*Chocolate cake with Chocolate Mousse
*Yellow Cake with Amaretto Cream & Chocolate Ganache.
You decide which flavors you want to combine for each layer of your cakes.

I will have cakes to try at the MUDDY DOG, in Unionville, during the Junk Journey next weekend, June 9th, 10th & 11th.
Stop by to taste the best cakes, look at photos of my work and talk with me about your celebration cake needs.

It is time for a new chapter in my life. As of January 1st, I have closed IncrEdible Endings and will be moving to Iowa!! I want to thank all of my amazing clients that have allowed me to be a small part of their very special celebrations over the past 30 years.

I truly felt it was an honor to be allowed to create cakes for you and your families. It was a joy for me to hear that you were pleased with the work I created for you. I will treasure all of your kind words and notes.

I will miss creating my cakes for you and I am not sure what the future will hold for me. I may reopen IncrEdible Endings in Iowa or I may pursue my other great passion of teaching how to have a healthy life and staying well. Possibly a bit of both.

Here are a few of my favorite cakes. It is just a very small number of them because if I put all of my favorite ones in a post, the post may never end!!!

Just received another email from one of my wonderful clients.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the AMAZING cake you made for Eddie’s surprise 50th birthday. Everyone was blown away with the attention to detail on the bandanas and when it was time to cut it, no one wanted to do the honors because it was “so cool”. It tasted just as good as it looked and we had everyone asking who made it after the party. I cannot thank you enough for making a lasting impression for him on such a milestone birthday.
