I've been absent from FB for awhile but thought I'd share this. I am a registered "Icing Angel" with Icing Smiles, Inc. A fantastic non-profit that brings together commercial and independent bakers to create cakes for children that are suffering from life threatening illnesses. I had the pleasure of creating a cake for a little boy turning 6. Cake photos and details to be posted soon!

This past week was deemed "cake impossible"... 4 orders in 4 days... 1 baby shower cake, 55 cake pops, 24 cupcakes, 1 mini "mermaid" cake, 1 "hawaii" cake and 1 "survival" cake. Mission accomplished and ready to pass out. Photos to come.
