But here we are. soft, gooey, made fresh every morning — and 100% gluten-free. You pick your frosting: classic icing, caramel, or cream cheese frosting. There's no wrong answer, but there are strong opinions.

Goodies Gluten Free Bakery is 100% dedicated gluten-free. That means no shared equipment, no cross-contamination concerns, no "we try to be careful." Everything in this building is made without gluten, every.. single.. day.

We know how exhausting it can be to travel with celiac disease or a serious sensitivity. Road trips usually mean sad gas station options or eating before you leave the hotel. Not here!

What a month! When we opened Goodies three years ago the dream was simple — make food that's safe, make it delicious, and make it accessible. We had no idea how much this community would give back to us in return.

We hear you. We see you. And we want you to know — every story shared is
exactly why Goodies exists. Celiac disease affects roughly 1 in 100 people worldwide, yet the average diagnosis takes 6 to 10 years. Many people spend years being sick without knowing why. This was my story and I know I'm not alone.

Finding safe food — food that actually tastes good — can feel impossible. We built this bakery to be one less thing to worry about. You walk in here, you eat safely, and you enjoy it. That's it. That's the whole mission. Keep sharing your stories in the comments. We are reading every single one. 💓
