🚨 MARKET CANCELED FOR TOMORROW 🚨

This is one of those posts we absolutely hate having to make.

Tomorrow’s North Eastern Traveling Market is canceled due to the extreme heat forecast.

With temperatures showing around 104° and a heat index near 110°, and our vendors and customers spending hours on hot asphalt, we simply cannot justify putting anyone’s health at risk.

Believe us — we would LOVE to be out there tomorrow. We would love to see our vendors set up, our customers walking through, everyone laughing, shopping local, supporting small businesses and doing what we do best — showing up and shining together. ❤️

But sometimes showing up for our community means knowing when not to.

Heat exhaustion and heat stroke are very real, and when temperatures become this severe, the health of our vendors, customers, families, kiddos and everyone who supports this market will always come before having an event.

We know cancellations are frustrating. They’re frustrating for us, too. Our vendors work incredibly hard preparing inventory, baking, creating, packing and planning for market day.

But no sale, no market and no Sunday is worth someone becoming seriously ill.

You all matter far too much to us.

So tomorrow, stay cool, stay hydrated, support one of our vendors online if you can, and enjoy the day somewhere with some GOOD air conditioning. 😂🧊

We’ll regroup, recharge and come back ready to shine.
