To secure your order date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
🚨The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event or scheduled pickup date. NO EXCEPTIONS‼️
Please note:
• Cash payments are not accepted.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Full payment must be received no later than 7 days before your event.
• No dough will be made, no cookies will be baked, and no decorating will begin until full payment has been received.
• Custom orders are prepared well in advance of your event date. Ingredients, supplies, and time are reserved specifically for your order.
• Orders cannot be canceled a day or two before pickup and expect a refund.
• Once production has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
