‼️ Summer hours! ‼️
- Starting June 1st, these will be my hours for June & July. ☀️

Having Tuesdays off will allow me more time to expand the menu, test new recipes, and continue bringing fresh items to the bakery!! I’m excited to introduce more options this summer, including croissants, angel food cake, and other new treats. 🤭

I’m also considering using Tuesdays as class days for baking and decorating classes — more information to come soon!

So excited for this summer and everything coming to the bakery! 💕

With last week being a very short week for me, I’m sticking with the same flavors so everyone gets a chance to try them! 😊 I did add cotton candy macarons this week along with a few new treat items!

I will be CLOSED this Saturday, May 30th, to go cheer on my brother and dad in Fargo! 🏃‍♂️
- After this week, I should be back on a more consistent schedule!

Graduation week #1 DONE 🎓🔥

Macarons, cake pops, cakes, cupcakes, sugar cookies… you name it, it went out the door this week for some pretty special celebrations.

This was hands down one of the busiest weeks of my life—20 hour days while balancing tennis coaching, finishing up my last college assignments, and running the bakery.
- Very little sleep, but a whole lot of determination!! And so worth seeing all the smiles and happy customers!😉

Stephanie Folk even caught me sneaking in a quick nap while my rolls were rising this morning…real life right there…

I’ll be catching up on messages over the next couple of days before we jump into round two of grad orders!

‼️ Also, the bakery is CLOSED May 19th & 20th. I will be in Rapid City for state tennis. ‼️

Can’t wait to get back and start planning summer hours + classes. Stay tuned!!
