Oh my goodness, HOW is it Monday already?! 😂 Oh yeah… maybe because our household slept away all of Sunday. Sundays are for some much-needed rest and catching up on absolutely nothing, am I right?! 🤣💤

Okay y’all, I think our minis need a MOMENT. 😍🍞

UMMMMM HELLLLLLOOOOOO?! Look at those BLISTERS, that melty cheese, those golden crusts?! 🤤🔥 I mean, come onnnnn!

Our minis are out here showing off, and honestly, we’re not even mad about it. 😂❤️

We’ve got a whole variety of these little beauties, and we are SO grateful we get to share them with all of you, our bread friends! 🥹

Happy Saturday, Bread Friends! 🍞🤎

Well, dough day has officially become my favorite, but bake day is where all the magic really comes together! ✨

Before we get to the fun part, though, we have to tackle one of the not-so-fun parts of running a bakery… DISHES. 😂🫠 A clean workspace is a must for us, so we power through those mountains of dishes one break at a time. Today’s lineup? Caffeine, bakery dishes, and lots of little breaks in between. 💛

But sometimes, my space-cadet bakery brain works in your favor! 🤣🚀

Meet our latest happy little accident: RYE-ISH FOCACCIA! 🍞

I meant to make TWO pans of focaccia for hubby’s sandwiches this week… and somehow accidentally doubled the batch. Oops. 😂🤷‍♀️

Now we have extra focaccia to experiment with, and honestly, I think we might be onto something!

This weekend is full of minis and we looooovvvvveeee our minis!! 🥹🍞 They’re perfect for sampling a few different flavors OR turning into the cutest little bread bowls for all those cozy fall soups! 🍂🍲

Omg… how did we get here?! 🥹❤️

We are literally 3 bread friends away from 200 of you and that is SO freaking cool.

As you all know, I’m not originally from Minnesota. My husband and I moved here (him back to MN) in August 2024, and somehow our little bakery started in May 2025.

It honestly feels a little surreal. Little Kim would probably be pretty shocked to see where we are today. 🥹

So from the absolute bottom of our hearts, thank you for being a Bread Friend, supporting our little bakery, ordering our bread and sweets, sharing our posts, and cheering us on.

We truly wouldn’t be here without you. ❤️

Our Sourdough Apple Pie Snickerdoodles are here and they are everything we wanted them to be. 🤤

They’re packed with that yummy sourdough that makes our cookies SO fluffy, loaded with sweet apple chunks, cozy fall spices, and finished with a drizzle of icing because obviously… we had to. 😏

These are basically apple pie and a snickerdoodle had a delicious little fall baby — and you’re going to be addicted. 🍎🍪🤎
