We had a very busy week last week! We were happy to work with our friends at for their annual manager meetings and Fall Classic dinner. This event is hosted at every year. This year we were in charge of two meals. We were also responsible for rentals and an 8 person dinner service team. More pictures to come in the next post!
We served lunch, including a Vegetarian Chili, Tri Tip Chili, Italian sandwiches, Turkey Bacon baguette sandwiches, Jalapeno Cornbread muffins, and Garden Salad for 180 on Wednesday. Breakfast self-serve buffet for 180 included OG French Toast, Strawberry Brie French Toast, Bacon, Sausage, and Banana Split Parfaits on Thursday. The back of house staff did a great job on this one. Great job team! And thank you for having us . We look forward to serving you again!
