Chaumont is a bakery an café located in Beverly Hills. CHAUMONT is the materialization of an idea.

The idea of a French bakery, out of time, where the smell of freshly-baked bread and croissants mingle with the scent of grounded coffee. A place, away from daily routine, where children and parents come together to share a meal, or where the customer in a hurry can enjoy fresh products and drinks on the go.

I remember seeing this tower in a film when I was young, never knowing life would bring me here.

Today we officially opened our doors at 2121 Avenue of the stars.

We are so incredibly grateful for this journey, for this opportunity, and for this wonderful community that has embraced us from day one.

Even on the busiest days, I always make time for a little R&D.

There is something deeply therapeutic about getting lost in the process of testing flavors, exploring textures, and chasing that perfect bite.

This week, I am experimenting with a chestnut smoothie and a chestnut latte. We’re almost there, but the flavor still isn’t quite as strong as I’d like. Since we don’t use any artificial ingredients, it takes love, care, and patience to find the right balance, but that’s part of the journey.

I’m constantly refining the croissant too, working on the flavor, the texture, the aesthetic, and every detail that makes it truly exceptional.

It’s this pursuit of perfection that reminds me why I started baking in the first place: creativity, curiosity, and the quiet joy of turning simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
