A special cake for a special guy! 80th Birthday tree stump cake for my Dad. Chocolate, red velvet and vanilla cake with dark chocolate and espresso ganache, chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant bark. Homemade cake topper in paper and vinyl. A huge shout out to Sugar Geek Show for the tutorial that helped me put this 12” beauty together!

Haven’t posted in a while, have been busy baking though! Tiger lily cake has wafer paper lilys. A mini Minecraft cake for a special 7 year old. Wedding cake and cupcakes. Panda cake, PSU graduation cake, Elmo smash cake and 1st birthday cake, PSU graduation cupcakes with custom made wrappers, Rail Trail Village cake and Spiderman! Busy summer so far!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks! Sunflower cake (lemon with homemade lemon curd and raspberry compote between the layers) and cupcakes, plus a glittery cake topper. Chocolate and vanilla sheet cake, chocolate raspberry gluten free cake and keto pecan praline bars for a volunteer appreciation dinner at church. Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and buttercream flowers for a special birthday. Some fun flooded sugar cookies for a baby shower!
