Yesterday I made a cake with fondant decorations and sugar flowers. I honestly had not worked with fondant in ages. I primarily work with whipped cream frosting and decorate with sugar sheet and printed images. So this was a challenge for me! But I have to say that, although I struggled a bit, I was so happy with the end result!

Cake request was for a Highland Cow for a 30th birthday celebration. It was the cutest theme! Thank you for the order and so happy that the birthday girl enjoyed it! Thank you for making us a part of your special day.

Enjoyed making this beauty...lots of work, but loved the end result! This palette knife technique was fun and relaxing. Used edible gold foil to add texture to design and mini gold pearls.

It's been a few weeks since I posted...but we started the New Year with plenty of work! Thrilled for every experience lived in 2025 and thankful for all those customers that kept us going.

Looking forward to the new year with hope and new opportunities for growth! May we continue to be blessed so that we can give back with gratitude for every opportunity. Cheers to a fabulous new year and may we continue to provide our customers with sweet, decadent treats!
