I used to think changing my mood meant changing something big.

With so much happening throughout the day, I have learned that my nervous system needs a calm reset in the evenings.

Simply turning off the overhead lights and turning on the lamps changes the whole mood of our home.

Hugs, feeding my starter, and slowing down for the night feels a little sweeter in the softer light. 🤍

I think some bakers become overthinkers 😆

“That looks good” can mean so many things in writing. Supportive, sarcastic, or are you planning your next order because it looks like the best thing you’ve ever seen?!

I love hearing positive feedback. To me, “that looks good” always feels encouraging.

Also, I love having fun with my sister and this trend had us laughing so hard!
