Bolt's Breads Prior to Christmas I was looking for a winter hobby and decided to try my hand at Sourdough Bread baking.

To my surprise the bread is loved by many so now we have Bolt's Breads. I have always enjoyed baking and I am finally back in my groove. When I first started this journey it took about a month to create a good healthy starter. What started as a fun hobby and providing friends and family with all sorts of loaves has now turned into a small little business.

Fall is here and Bolt's Breads is offering pumpkin sourdough and pumpkin, cinnamon and sugar sourdough. Also if you are a chocolate lover the double chocolate sourdough is super yummy. PM to order some of this delicious sourdough!

Bolt's Breads Decided to try something new for the fall. Sourdough english muffins, sourdough pumpkin loaf And sourdough cinnamon brown sugar pumpkin loaf. I will be having a few friends taste test them over the weekend and if they're as good as they look.I will be adding them to the fall menu.

Well the Cinnamon Rolls with cream cheese icing (severed on the side) have been a HUGE hit. I am currently taking orders for Somerset, PA to be delivered August 23rd, orders must be submitted by August 19th. Please PM Bolt's Breads or Holly Christner with your order. Price=$3.00 per roll. For my Pittsburgh folks the turn around is 1 day.

Bolt's Bread will be closed from August 25 through September 7th.
