Behind the scenes…turning ideas into reality✨

As I reflect on my journey if there’s one thing I could go back and tell myself or anyone who wants to start something it would be this:

Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. Let your passion drive you and your determination guide you!

Once you get started you will understand that each step you take, each obstacle you overcome is just one step closer to the vision you have in your mind. Learn to adapt to changes and go with the flow and understand that every brand and business had to start somewhere before it became what it was meant to be. Building something great takes a lot of time.

Surprise! We’re having another last minute plant pop-up THIS Sunday from 9am-3pm at Perkatory in Middletown! Make sure to mark your calendars and stop by as this might be our last pop-up for the year. 🪴🌱☕️

With thanksgiving coming up, a little house plant is the perfect way to show your friends & family how grateful you are for them!

With that being said, I am so SO thankful for everyone who has supported me by purchasing my plants, my special hand mixed potting medium, plant cuttings, or simply engaging in plant talk and spreading the love. A special thanks to Perkatory for being the first place that welcomed me to have my very first plant pop-up and continues to have me back for more! And if you’re not a plant person, you won’t be disappointed stopping by to support the best local coffee shop around 🧡✨

Another successful pop-up at a wonderful dance event and getting a chance to meet more amazing people! Thank you for inviting me to be a vendor at your first showcase! ✨

Here’s a fun fact for y’all: When I first told Steven it would be a dream to have my own little plant shop one day and lean more into my love for plants I never expected him to full on encourage me to go for it. In fact, he even helped me brainstorm what I would call my shop/business one day and the name “Little Clay Pot” was his suggestion! One thing led to another and I found myself investing a lot of money into something I thought would just always be an idea in my head. I didn’t was sure it take off or that I’d be able to do it but it was worth a try at the very least and here we are! 🌱

Although I take care of all my plants myself, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes such as the ongoing support from my fiancé to keep going and always throwing ideas my way. In addition to his support, I’m also greatly appreciative of my parents who without a doubt always show up to help me transport my plants to and from all the pop-ups and so much more. Even though there’s still a long way to go to where I want to be, I’m enjoying every minute of this journey and where I am. And of course, none of this would be possible without you plant lovers who get me excited! ♥️🪴

Excited to announce I’ll be back with another plant pop-up on Saturday, October 14th! I’ll be at an event hosted by featuring a magical evening of dance as Alchemy Movement & guests showcase works rooted in coming home to connection, nature, and self. You won’t want to miss out on this one so be sure to grab some tickets for you and your friends and find us at the Hartford Dance Collective. Doors open @6:30pm and there will be vendors you can check out before the show starts, during intermission and after! Tickets can be found by clicking the link on page!
