Vanilla bean cake with a white chocolate cheesecake filling. All details are hand piped! 
This mini cake was so much fun and a new challenge to tackle with all those details! So glad we could be apart of your celebration! The real talk though? Cakes are so detailed, time consuming, and so easy to get overwhelmed by. I will never claim to be a professional or the best because honestly? I’m just a girlie pop having fun! But when you book with me you receive homemade, handmade, and most of all a tasty quality you can trust.

The leaves are turning, the Arkansas heat is well maybe coming down a few degrees?😅, and my coffee is now pumpkin spice. I think that means fall is near! The busiest time of the year is quickly approaching! Fall parties, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, and before you know it Christmas and New Years have arrived! Do you have an event that could use something sweet on the table? No order is to small and I have yet to have an order to big!

New opportunity for our community! Please share, you never know who may be in need of a SWEET pick me up. Times are tough and if I can help just one family per month feel the weight lift a little I’d love to be apart of that.

I took some time away to try and find my love for baking again and realized that my favorite part is how food brings people together. I have decided to start a couple different projects one of those being the following. I would like to offer one free cake or 2 dozen cupcakes to a family in need every month. These will be completely free of cost for the recipient. The size of the cakes can be chose from a 4 inch round cake, 8 inch round, or a rectangular cookie cake. This is something brand new for me but I am eager to provide a small amount of joy to those in my area. I will be taking a free order for every month. Place your order now for September -December. So a bit of a vulnerable post especially for someone who runs a small business but I think I need to start over. So let’s get back to the basics. The “classics” if you will.

Hi, my name is Ariel Doyle. I am the owner of Sweet Pea’s Confectionaries. This all started because I became the friend who made a birthday cake here and there, the daughter who made baked goods, the wife who sent her husband to work with goodies for the whole crew, and each time everyone complimented my hard work. Honestly? I LOVE getting to see how people connect over food and the impact it can have on people. A homemade treat can brighten someone’s day, provide comfort in a hard time, or simply solve a craving. In my life I have faced many challenges, but food has always been my true love. I am always in the kitchen cooking, baking, canning, exploring, learning, ect. And that’s why I started sweet pea’s. But somewhere along the way I stopped loving it. And while I do have a plan to get back to loving it I figured I better start with gaining back my customers and my support because without that I have nothing. So I’m sorry I disappeared but it’s lovely to see you again! Let’s get back to business. Whisk up!
