Okay, you guys made your voices HEARD! 😂👏

We are officially going to be offering CHIMLEY BENTO BOX MEAL PREP, catered more toward adults with a focus on protein-packed, lower-carb meals that are already prepped, portioned, and ready to grab & go!

Each week, we’ll offer 3 different complete meal options that you can mix and match:

🥗 3 meals — $38
🥗 5 meals — $60
🥗 Additional meals after 5 — $12 each

Want five for your workweek plus a couple extras for your spouse, dinner, or just to have on hand? Add as many as you’d like!

Since our school lunchboxes begin the week of August 24th, we’re giving ourselves one week to get into the groove before adding adult meal prep. Our FIRST Bento Box pickup will be Sunday, August 30th, for the week of August 31st–September 4th.

After that, our weekly schedule will be:

🌿 Menu drops Sunday at 7 PM
🌿 Orders close Friday at 12 PM
🌿 Pickup Sunday from 3–6 PM at the Chimley Stand
🌿 The next week’s menu drops that evening at 7 PM!

Every box will be individually packaged and labeled with ingredients, estimated nutrition information, storage instructions, and reheating/serving instructions when needed.

Menus will rotate every week, and you may even see an occasional Gourmet Pop-Up Box depending on seasonal produce, ingredient availability, or when we find something too good not to turn into lunch. 😉

And because we want to give everyone plenty of time to get familiar with how this works, we’re dropping our FIRST MENU early! Orders for our first week will be available for pickup August 30th.

🍎 INTRODUCING THE CHIMLEY LUNCHBOX! 🍎

This school year, we want to make packing lunches a little easier — while giving parents a more HOMEMADE, LESS PROCESSED option for their kids.

The CHIMLEY LUNCHBOX is a weekly preorder filled with simple, wholesome, kid-friendly foods made as HOMEMADE + ORGANIC as we can reasonably make them. Our goal is to help FUEL growing kids with real ingredients while cutting out artificial dyes, unnecessary additives, preservatives and loads of added sugar.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS 👇

Each week, we’ll release a new menu and you’ll build your child’s box by choosing:

🥪 5 MAINS
🍓 5 WHOLESOME SIDES
🥨 5 LUNCHBOX EXTRAS

And YES — you can repeat favorites! If your kid wants five Little Sammies and five strawberry cups, go for it. 😂

Everything will come individually packaged inside a REFRIGERATOR-READY GRAB BOX.

Pick your box up from the Chimley Stand on Sunday, take it home and pop the whole thing right into your fridge. Then each morning, you OR your kid can grab a main, side and extra from the box, toss them into the lunchbox and GO.

Every box will also include a COMPLETE INGREDIENT LIST for each item, along with STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS so you know exactly what’s in your child’s food and how to keep each item fresh throughout the week.

No figuring out what to pack. No portioning everything out every morning. Just homemade, ready-to-grab options waiting in the fridge — and one less thing to think about during the school-week craziness. ❤️

Chimley is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented person to help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a baking position—it’s an operations and organization role that supports the day-to-day management and growth of the business.

Position Details

* Temporary, part-time (August–December)
* Approximately 10 hours per week
* Primarily in person at our Chimley workspace in Meadow, NC
* Flexible schedule (days and times may vary from week to week)

Responsibilities include:

* Organizing business records and spreadsheets
* Tracking inventory and supplies
* Assisting with website inventory
* Researching business compliance and licensing requirements
* Helping with business planning, scheduling, and organization
* Maintaining an organized workspace and completing routine inventory resets

I’m looking for someone who is:

* Organized and detail-oriented
* Self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy
* Comfortable with spreadsheets and checklists
* Flexible and willing to learn
* Enjoys finding ways to make things more organized and efficient

JULY HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR SLOWEST MONTH.

Today I sat down to do our books and was honestly surprised. Even though July felt slower, we still baked hundreds of items and made hundreds of home and body care products. It was a good reminder that even when it doesn’t feel like we’re accomplishing much, we’re still growing.

I am currently searching for a cost-effective local venue where little queens can relax, have fun, and head back to school feeling refreshed, confident, and celebrated.
