Happy Fourth of July, America! For those of you who don't know, we're currently on hiatus, so we're not taking any bakery orders or delivering to our retailers, but we'll keep you all updated on our status. Thanks *so* much for all your support these past few years! That having been said, without the bakery consuming them, the Erb farm is right flush with (mostly huge) organic eggs at $5/dozen, so please feel free to call us at (802) 753-7120 if you'd like some of those. has been slacking on the Facebook updates; time to catch up! First order of business: did you know that you can now find an assortment of our baked goods at the new coffeehouse & "theehuis" NiteJars on Main Street in North Bennington? Next door at the Marigold Kitchen you can get a gluten-free pizza made with our herbed crust (which is also vegan).

has been grilling those wild leeks, plus putting them on pizzas (our gluten-free crusts) and in quesadillas - Kim at Nova Mae's putting them in her mushroom, barley and wild leek soup; Jeff at Allegro's putting them in an antipasto platter with tempura-encrusted asparagus (soon perhaps to include fiddleheads that we harvest); what are you going to do with yours? sometimes uses produce from the on-site garden (including rhubarb, herbs and zucchini) to bake goodies - we've been harvesting wild leeks so maybe some of those will get baked, but we're also selling them fresh, both wholesale to local retailers and directly to consumers; call us at 802.753.7120 to get yours.
