Hot Mess Confectioner Home based bakery specializing in melt-in-your-mouth cupcakes, cakes and cookies! Two things came out of those experiences.

Over the years I spent time as a cake decorator, and was also heavily involved in running a catering company. One, I love making people happy when I bake. Two, I want to do it on my own, not for someone else's company.

But instead, I slaved away at a 9 to 5 job, only baking on the weekends for friends and family. It must have been the thousandth time I was told "You really need to start a busin

ess. Your desserts are amazing!", before I seriously thought about it.

So here I am, doing just that! Putting a lot of blood, sweat and tears (not in the batter, I promise!) into what I hope will turn into a real success.

So if you have the chance to taste one of my cupcakes, cakes or other sweet treats, you will not be disappointed. For now, it's a home-based business, so it's delivery only (or meeting up if you aren't psycho!). But there are hopes of having a bakery real soon!
