Since I started the bakery, I have been very fortunate to have the support of local partners willing to carry my products. This access has been huge for the GF community in the area, and a fantastic partnership for all of us!

For those new to the page, there are a few things to be aware of when it comes to stores.

Every Friday we deliver three to four different fresh baked products to stores. Products arrive mostly in the afternoon. Any product that does not sell by Sunday or Monday is put into the store’s freezer for longer shelf life and sold from there. So if you visit on Wednesday, go straight to the freezer section. 😉

There are some exceptions
The Concord Food Co-op in Concord (my most recent partner) receives products weekly and always sells them directly from the freezer.
Dishon Bakery in Manchester (a dedicated GF bakery) only receives frozen products and normally a large variety twice a month. I keep everyone updated when this happens.

Other stores that carry my products.
Little Red Hen Farm & Market LLC in Pittsfield receives fresh products weekly, and keeps a wide variety of my products in their freezer. As a note, the Hen was the first store ever to carry my products and continue to do it since 2023! ❤️

Osborne's Farm & Garden Centers in Belmont, another partner since 2023, receives products weekly.

Identity Coffee Co. in Meredith has mostly a twice a month delivery of fresh products but coming summer orders more often.

Normally on Wednesdays or Thursdays I share the products that will be baked for the weekend. These products are also brought to the farmers markets.

Hey friends, a lot of people have been following the page since yesterday which is exciting to experience! Is great to see all the interest in celiac- safe baked goods.
I appreciate all the kind and heartfelt comments towards us and our products. You guys are the really best!! ❤️

If you are up in the area today, Tuesday 6/2, my husband Paul will be at the Tilton Farmers Market selling our farm meats & eggs from Arándano Farm PLUS frozen GF, celiac safe treats. These are the products he will have with him:

Hi friends!
This week when you visit Dishon Bakery in Manchester, you will find a large variety of my products in their freezer! Today they received:

- GF brookies
- GF seven layer magic bars
- GF frosted sugar cookie bar
- GF scones (lemon blueberry, raspberry lemon, apple spice, orange cranberry)
- GF coffee cakes (pecan/blueberry)
- GF/DF classic whoopie pies
- GF/DF cinnamon rolls

If you still have not visited this dedicated GF bakery, you are in for a treat. They make great bread, bagels, and pizzas, plus an assortment of other treats. 100% worth the drive. 😋
*Open Thursdays- Sundays.

Tomorrow’s market outfit will include a warm hat and a jacket, plus lots of thermos with warm teas. Just a typical spring day in New England. 🥶 😅

I am bringing:
- Sweet scones (blueberry lemon, raspberry lemon, spiced apple, orange cranberry) and cheddar scallion scones.
- Cookies (white chocolate strawberries, molasses, white chocolate toffee)

Little Red Hen Farm & Market LLC in receiving all of the products (except white chocolate toffee cookies) PLUS frozen blueberry coffee cakes.
Osborne's Farm & Garden Centers in Belmont, is receiving everything except pecan coffee cakes
Concord Food Co-op is receiving everything PLUS frosted sugar cookie bars *Products located in the freezer section*

There is no delivery to Identity Coffee Co. in Meredith or Dishon Bakery this week. I believe they still have products available from my past delivery.

🧑🏻‍🌾🥖🥬 A reminder that all of the products above plus scones, bread, and other treats will be available at The Market at Weirs tomorrow Saturday. This is a rain or shine market, so you will find us there 10-1 at the Weirs Community Park, in Laconia. More details will be shared on another post later today. 👍🏼

GF/DF cinnamon rolls (4 pack) will make an appearance at The Market at Weirs this weekend!
And yes, I will also have the individual ones, PLUS I have been thinking about making some “sticky buns”rolls 🤔 - I will update you tomorrow on that!
