2nd Layer - Dummy cake – Client didn’t want too much cake but wanted the look of a two tier

I wanted to share one of the cakes I did for a client over the weekend.

We have been doing their birthday cakes since they were 1 years old!!

Theme: Minnie Mouse Theme cakes

3 tier Minnie cake

- 1st tier: 10 inch 2 layer moist vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream frosting

- 2nd tier: 8 inch 2 layer moist chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream frosting

- 3rd tier: 6 inch 2 layer moist yellow cake with pineapple filling

2 mini Minnie mouse cake specifically made for each twin

- 4 inch 2 layer moist vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream frosting

The twins loved their individual cakes!

I feel blessed being a part of making their 3rd birthday extra special!
