Gluten friendly strawberry cupcakes. For them to be gluten free I’m impressed with the recipe I used. I made a few more than I needed so that I would be able to try them and they are pretty tasty.

I’m out of practice on actual cakes, but wanted to share. It is a from scratch gluten free chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The bottom border got a little smooshed due to a tight fit on the cake carrier.
