I always loved my Grandma's jumbo floury sugar cookies, my Great Aunt always brought the peanut butter kiss cookies, and I would incessantly try to convince my Mom to make little bite size gingerbread cookies that were both adorable and soft (and still do! I just don't make them like hers!)

I've noticed a lot of new friends on our socials, so I thought today would be a good day to:
1) Show off Amelia's sweet new holiday pajamas.
2) Answer the most asked question when we are out and about! "Where did you come up with that name?" We had been trying to figure out a name for months and nothing seemed quite right. We had kind of settled on LoCo Cookie Lab, but I still wasn't satisfied. This is our beautiful lab, Amelia Padiddle, and the inspiration for the final name of the cookie company.

Meet Mr. One-Eyed Cookie Lab! 💕 This guy has been behind the scenes rooting for me since the day we met. We've now been married for three amazing years, with each one better than the last. When I decided to open One-Eyed Cookie Lab, Drew even bought my awesome pink tent for the Farmers Market as a show of support. He's helped with deliveries, grabbed ingredients, endured a ridiculous amount of taste testing, and dealt with freezing cold temperatures downstairs because the oven was keeping the heat from turning on. Here's another fun fact, my Valentine's gift to him, two years ago, was a beautiful silver Lab puppy, Amelia Padiddle, the same Lab that we named the business after! 💕
