You've probably noticed, I have been on a loooong vacation from the cake world. A lot of you have been asking when I will be back at it and I think it's about time I fill you all in on what's going on. Long story short, the injury that never healed turned out to be an autoimmune disorder which makes it extremely painful to use my hands. Needless to say, I need my hands to make these crazy creations. I'm hoping that over time they will help me learn to control this disease and I will at least be able to make cakes for fun. As for right now, I will take the extra time that I'll have to spend with my family, count the rest of my many blessings and see what the good Lord has in store for me. Thank you all for being so understanding while I was going through all of this. I will truly miss making people smile and all of the support and love that you've always shown me! Until we meet again..... :))))

CAKE BOSS update....The top two win and i was number 2!! Despite all the drama and hackers. Lol. I'll take it! Thank you, thank you, thank you! It's pretty awesome that he's seeing my cakes but what's even more awesome is realizing how many amazing friends I have who helped me get there! It warms my soul to know how many of you support what I do! So thank you all from the bottom of my heart! :))))

Allright friends! We're in the home stretch! Voting ends tonight at 10pm. I'm entered in the San Antonio category because that is the closest city to me. There is a shoe and a diaper bag cake. I think we can do this! Thank you so, so very much for all of your help!! :))
