Hi everyone, a little bad news I'm afraid. My wonderful son (and the Mi from my Bakery name) suffered a perforated appendix while we were visiting family in the UK. We are still in hospital and as a result we've had to postpone our flights back to the US until next Friday.

This does mean that I will be unable to top up any of my stores until after Easter. I'm sorry to disappoint those that wanted Hot Cross Buns and Panettone for the day, but I will have some available the following week.

I will update you all once we are back in the country. Thank you for your understanding.
