We made it through Fall Foliage!!!🤪 Thank you to everyone that helped get me prepared for this. I definitely learned some things through all of this & I can't wait for next year (I will definitely be preparing earlier lol)!

One thing I would like to mention...in the over 400 sales I made over the last 2 days, I had one person reach out to me to complain sbout a product. I'll be the first to say, I want my customers to be honest with me if there is an issue because I'm a firm believer that I can't fix something if I don't know it's broke. I didn't mind that she contacted me, but what bothered me most is the way she said what she said. It came across as rude and entitled. I offered a refund and she refused. That's fine, I never claimed to be perfect. I try my harrdest to make sure everything tastes and looks great, but I am human. I make mistakes. I'm not a factory pumping out product with a machine. My helpers and I hand roll, scoop, and decorate everything by hand to make sure everything is as perfect as it can be. So, if you want let me know something isn't right, be kind, courteous, have a little empathy.😊
