I love poached eggs, but Iā€™ve only ever had savory ones. This morning, I made poached eggs and placed them on a Thomasā€™ Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin, spread with butter and cherry, vanilla, bourbon jam. Topped it off with a little sprinkle of cinnamon.
