Beacon Brands L.L.C. is a family owned and operated business. In 2011 we decided the time had arrived.

Since childhood we have always longed to own our own business. Under the tutelage of an industry savvy well-known owner at Taconic Brands Inc. in the mid 90’s Stan and Kathy Kersten were able to gain a substantial amount of knowledge about the food industry. The sale of the Company and a passion for the industry to one day return led to the incorporation in 1998 of Beacon Brands L.L.C which is bas

ed in Beacon Falls CT. Keeping up to date on the latest trends and consumer desires allowed us to be able to pursue private label opportunities offered by prestigious and quality oriented manufactures we had worked with in the past. Beacon Brands L.L.C. The products we offer are of the best quality available from anyone. They were put thru a rigorous taste test eliminating any that failed. We also wanted our products to be affordable to all and are priced with that fact in mind. We are a family of avid gardeners thus the Nutmeg State Farm Market line was born. The Chef Bubba and Michelle’s Southern Pantry (named after our 2 daughters) is representative of our enjoyment in grilling and baking. True American Hero is dedicated to the members of our armed forces past, present and future. A portion of the net proceeds are donated to the Disabled American Veterans Association. Our family looks forward to offering for your enjoyment the freshest and finest Specialty Foods at the lowest prices possible. The Kersten family/ extended family is holding a fundraiser for our family who lost their wife/mother in the Tennessee flood as well as their home, personal belongings and vehicle on August 21st. These funds will be used to help rebuild after this tragedy.

Beacon Brands basket was entered as a raffle for one of the pools. 1 entry is $20. Beacon Brands basket is valued at $75.
