Okay, i know it seems like i quit baking…

It's been a quiet few week over here, and you get the honest version. Between some of my own health stuff, an injured pup, a couple family bdays, and basically living at the marching band field and homecoming everything with my girl — this kitchen went a little dark.

I'm still here. The starter's still alive (she's dramatic but she's fine). And I'm easing back in this next couple of weeks.

Thank you for sticking around while life did its thing. 💛

Pumpkin donuts with maple glaze. Apple c***r donuts rolled in cinnamon sugar. Baked fresh today, still 100% gluten-free and dairy-free.

(And baked, not fried — so none of that greasy thing GF donuts can sometimes have. Just soft, flavorful, and exactly what fall is supposed to taste like.)

Good morning, are you a muffin lover?

The temps outside currently are feeling very fall like, and these two just came out of the oven for today's market — double chocolate zucchini and pumpkin. Basically your favorite quick breads, just in muffin form, so you can eat one with your coffee before you've even left the house.

The double chocolate one is rich, fudgy, chocolate chips melted right on top. The pumpkin is warm and spiced and tastes like a hug. Both 100% gluten-free and dairy-free, celiac-safe, baked this morning.

Come grab a couple (or four) at Bangor Township Hall parking lot today — 3pm to 7pm. Perfect grab-and-go for a morning like this.

Stop scrolling. This is gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate cake disguised as zucchini bread.

Rich, moist, chocolate chunks baked right inside, more chocolate chips melted on top — and yes, there's zucchini in there, but you'll never know it. This is the loaf people ask for by name. Honestly would be award winning if it was ever entered 😂

We've also got the classic version tomorrow (Sept 17!) — cinnamon, nutmeg, all the cozy fall flavor — Both 100% gluten-free and dairy-free, celiac-safe, baked fresh.

Tomorrow's market day is a special Fall harvest Celebration (Sept 17!) That means two new snack bags are making their debut — and they might be my favorite thing I've made all season.

First up: a crunchy maple oat + pumpkin/sunflower seed granola with little bites of dried apple tucked in — no gluten, no dairy, no nuts

And then there's the trail mix — GF pretzels, cinnamon Chex-style squares glazed with maple syrup, and dried cranberries. It's the "grab a handful in the car on the way to practice" snack every GF family has been missing.

Made safe for celiac kitchens — so you can hand these to your kid's teacher, throw them in a lunchbox, or just eat the whole bag standing at the counter (no judgment here).

Come find me from 4-7 pm in the Bangor Township Hall parking lot — only two Thursdays left this season, so don't wait on this one. 💛

Well hello, beautiful.

This loaf is proof that "gluten-free" doesn't have to mean sad, dense, or sandy. Real sourdough starter. Real crust. Real crumb. Just no gluten, no dairy, and no chemicals hiding in the ingredient list.
