Today I had the honor of presenting to The ROCK Center for Youth Development summer camp at Delta College about entrepreneurship with the help of one of my biggest supporters.

I was nervous, but had the courage to step out of my comfort zone to hopefully make a positive impact and inspire other youth like myself to have the confidence to follow their entrepreneurial dreams.

I even had the opportunity to use one of my mentors books to share the 25 benefits of kidpreneurship! I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a guest speaker, and proud of myself for stepping up to the challenge.

Thank you to all of my mentors and supporters that have helped me build the the confidence to do things out of my comfort zone 🙂

Today is my official 1 year anniversary of starting Natalia's Sweets D'light! It has been an awesome journey so far. It feels like I have been in business a lot longer with everything that I have been able to accomplish in just my first year.

I may reflect on those in another post, but for now I am just thankful for the support of my community, all of my customers, my mentors, and most of all my parents who have been beside me this whole way. Investing in me, pouring into me, taking time out of their busy schedules, and getting me where I need to be when I need to be there.

I am unsure what year 2 will bring for me, but I do know that my main focus for the rest of 2024 will be making the transition to high school and getting familiar with a new building, new teachers, and making new friends. I will keep you all updated here so stay connected ☺️ Thank you everyone!

I had to make a tough decision between participating in the Pitch at the Cup for a chance to win $1000, or attending my 8th grade Cedar Point trip. I decided to attend the trip and to make memories with my friends instead of competing for the monetary prize. There will be more pitch competitions and opportunities to earn money for my business. Good luck to all of the finalists this evening 🙏🏾
