Authentic Suji Gulab Jamun Recipe

Do you know How To Make Gulab Jamun Recipe Without Khoya!! Here we show you Easy Sooji/Semolina/Rava Gulab Jamun recipe with step by step process.
#SoojiGulabJamun is a favorite Indian dessert for many folks, like in parties, weddings, and even in Indian thaalish. #SemolinaGulabJamun happens to be one of the desserts served, after the meals.

Let start this recipes with it all ingrident
Suji: 1cup (250 Gram)
Clarified Butter: (1 teaspoon)
Milk: 2 cups 500ml)
Milk powder: 1/4 Cup (60 Gram)
Sugar: 1 and1/3 cup (330 gram) +2 tablespoons of sugar (30 gram)
Cardamom: 6 pieces
Saffron: 2 pinches
Ross Water: 1 Teaspoon (5 Ml)
White Oil Or Vegetable Oil

At first, we take Suji: 1cup (250 Gram), and put it into a pot, and Steering It For 2 Minutes.
After then, we take a pot and add 1 Teaspoon Clarified Butter, 2 cups Milk (500ml), and Steering It For 2 Minutes.
Then, we 1/4 Cup (60 Gram) Of Milk Powder, and Mixed It Properly.
Then, we add 2 Tablespoons Of Sugar and steering it properly for a few minutes.
When sugar is dissolved, then we gradually added Suji into the Milk, and Continuously Starring our spatula.
In this way, you can mix Suji, and milk properly, and by doing this process, your mixture becomes dry.

When the mixture becomes dry, and then Keeps It Into A Bowl, And Leaves It For A Few Minutes.
Now, Let prepare the sugar syrup.
At first, we take 3 Cups (750 Ml) Of Water, into a pot, and add 1 And 1/3 Cup (total 330 Gram) Sugar with it, and Steering It For Few Minutes.
When sugar is dissolved and bowling, then we add 3 pieces of smashed Cardamom and 2 Pinches Of Saffron for more flavor. (Here, saffron is optional, it helps to increase your #RavaGulabJamun taste).
You can also add 1 Teaspoon (that is 5 ml) Ross Water for more flavor.
We checked its consistency or stickiness, and heat the sugar solution until it becomes sticky.
Now our sugar syrup is ready, we cover it and leave it.
Let prepare Suji dough.
At first, We add 3 Smash Cardamom. Here we only use Smash Cardamom seeds.
And Mixed It Properly into the Suji dough.
Now, we smashed the Suji dough till it becomes smooth and soft.
Now, our Suji dough is almost ready.
When it is ready then, we Make Small Ball Form The Dough, which looks like our Gulab Jamoon size.
Now we take White Oil Or Vegetable Oil into a pot and Leave All Raw Gulab Jamun Into The Hot Oil.
We frying it till it looks like golden brown Gulab Jamun.
After then, we took Golden Brown Gulab Jamun and placed all into the sugar syrup.
Then, we keep the whole pan with the Gulab Jamun, and sugar syrup, on a Low Flame For 1 To 2 Minutes, till all the Gulab Jamun becomes soft.
Heating up required, because it helps to absorb the sugar syrup, and become soft.
Now you can see, that our Gulab Jamun size increases a bit.
But, don’t overcook as then your Gulab Jamun can break.
Always we use a large pan, because it helps us to stir Gulab Jamuns, and all are not overcrowded.
Now, serve Your Suji ke Gulab Jamun warm or at room temperature, to your guest.

Eggless Vanilla Cake Recipe: How to Make Authentic Egg Less Vanilla Cake Recipe Without Oven at Home

Hi, everyone. This Yummy Pair
Today I show you, my favourite #EgglessCake recipe because Eggs are one of the most common allergy-causing foods for children.
You can make it on your special food occasions like birthday, office party or school party.
So, it is best for those who have an allergy on Eggs.
Which I show you with each step by step process.

Ingredients:
Condensed Milk: 1/2 Cup or 125 ml
Sugar Powder: ½ Cup or 125 Gram
White Oil: ½ Cup or 125 Ml
Maida Or White Flour: 1¼ Cup or 312 Gram
Baking Powder: ½ Table Spoon or 7.5 Gram
Baking Soda: 1 Tea Spoon or 5 Gram
Milk: 1/2 Cup or 125 ml

At first, I take ½ Cup Condensed Milk, ½ Cup Sugar Powder and ½ Cup White Oil.
Mixed it well.
After then, I add 1 and 1/4th cup of Maida or White Flour, ½ tablespoon of baking powder and one teaspoon of baking soda in a strainer and mixed it well.
When all ingredients are mixed properly, then I add 1/2 Cup of milk in it and mix it well.
When all ingredients are mixed properly, then I put this mixer into a mould.
Here I show you how to make a delicious #EgglessSpongeCake without an oven.
So, take a pot and add some normal or regular salt and leave it for 10 minutes pre-heating.
Then, place the mould into the proper place and Cover It for 50 Minutes Baking.
After 50 minutes you put a toothpick into the cake and check it whether its properly baked or not.
If some mixer stick with this toothpick then you cover it for a few minutes for baking the remaining part of this cake.
Now I carefully take of this cake from the mould and Remove The Parchment Paper/ Butter Paper from it.
Now I Cut Into The Two Layers.
Now, place the sliced cake on a square board and Brush Some Sugar Syrup.
Now, put some whipped cream on the cake
After then, placed another slice of the cake on it and again brush some sugar syrup on it.
Then add some whipped cream on it and level it properly.
Now I take whip cream mix the different types of food colour with it and decorate with it accordingly.
Here I use silver ball for decorating this yummy #EgglessVanillaCake.
Now I use Rainbow Colour Rice or Multi-Colour Rice to decorate this cake.
Here I add Hart Shape Sprinkle to decorate this authentic vanilla cake.

Today I share you how to make Unique Eggless Oreo Black Forest Cake with each step by step process.
In this Eggless Oreo Black Forest Cake recipe I take the following ingredients:
• Milk Compound Chocolate Bar: 50 Gram
• Milk (Full Fated): 80ml
• White Oil Or Vegetable Oil: 50 ml
• Maida: 250 Gram
• Sugar (Dust): 250 Gram
• Baking Powder: ½ Table Spoon
• Baking Soda: 1 Teaspoon
• Coco Powder: 30ml
• Salt: As Your Taste
• Coffee: ½ Teaspoon
• Vanilla Essence: 1 Tea Spoon
• Butter Paper: 1 Pice
• Whip Cream: 250 Gram
• Oreo Biscuit: 1 Packet

At first, I take 50 gram of milk compound chocolate bar and slice it into the small pieces.
And keep it into a bowl and add 80 ml of full-fat milk.
Then mixed it well.
After then I add 50 ml white Oil or vegetable oil.
Then I add 250 gram of Maida, 250 gram of dust sugar, ½ tablespoon of baking powder, baking soda 1 teaspoon, cocoa powder 30ml, salt as your taste in a strainer.
It required because I required only the dust part of this mixer.
Now, mix all mixers with a spatula after then I blend it by blender...
For more flavour, I Add ½ Teaspoon Coffee With 1 Table Spoon Of Hot Water and add it with the mixer.
Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well.
When I blend it properly, then I put this mixer into a mould.
Here I show you how to make a delicious cake without an oven.
So, take a pot and add some normal or regular salt and leave it for 10 minutes pre-heating.
Then, place the mould into the proper place and Cover It For 50 Minutes For Baking.

now, I beat the heavy whipping cream by a be**er, for making Whipped Cream Frosting.
Now, place the sliced cake on a square board and brush some sugar syrup.
Now, put some whipped cream on the cake and Add Some Crushed Oreo on it.
After then, placed another slice of the cake on it and again brush some sugar syrup on it.
Then add some whipped cream on it and level it properly.
Now, add some crushed Oreo on the side of the cake and decorate it with some whip cream and Oreo
