One of our favorite breakfast smoothies.

AIP Gluten Free Compliant:
Banana Coconut Smoothie

•1 Banana
•8oz Coconut milk
•frozen coconut ice cubes
•1/2 tablespoon local honey

All ingredients in smoothie blender until thick .

We don’t use pesticides, we don’t think they taste 😌 good lol. We don’t add anything into your food that you don’t or need to eat; like additives, preservatives and added salt.
