How do you feed 170 wonderful volunteers at Solid Rock Church and Solid Rock South? With a 5 1/2 foot long cake.. First time doing a table cake. 5 flavors of cake inside. Vanilla with raspberry, vanilla with chantilly cream and strawberries, vanilla with edible chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate with fudge and chocolate with Oreo buttercream. I learned a lot first time round and would love to do another one. If you know anyone with a big event send them my way. If you attended let me know what your favorite flavor was. This helps me know what to recommend in the future.
