1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dill
2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic Chives
⅛ Teaspoon Salt
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

The fruit, known as feijoa, matures in autumn and is green, ellipsoid, and about the size of a chicken egg. It has a sweet, aromatic flavour, which tastes like pineapple, apple, and mint.

Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves minced
3 tablespoons butter melted
1 1/4 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
lemon slices and rosemary sprigs for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Season the chicken breasts generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, butter, garlic, chicken broth and lemon juice. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Bake time may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. The chicken is done when it reads at least 165 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
Spoon the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish over the chicken, then sprinkle with parsley and serve. Garnish with lemon slices and rosemary sprigs if desired.

2 bunches stemmed Swiss chard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 large cloves garlic, smashed
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste, plus more for cooking pasta
12 ounces dry pasta like rigatoni or orecchiette
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
Fresh oregano is a great addition to many dishes!

While we love mizuna mixed in a salad, this looks great too!
Mizuna with Garlic and Bacon
Ingredients
one bunch Mizuna (~ 3 cups Japanese mustard greens chopped into 2 inch sections)
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 slices bacon (fried until crispy then chopped)
olive oil
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
black sesame seeds (toasted, to garnish)
Instructions
First wash and cut the greens into 2 inch sections.
Using a large skillet, on medium high heat, saute the bacon until crispy.
When the bacon is done, remove and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Immediately add the greens, garlic, and chicken stock powder.
Saute for about 2-3 minutes until the greens appear soft and cooked.
Meanwhile chop up bacon into small pieces and mix into the greens as they finish cooking.
Serve while hot!

Rosie Basil turns into delicious Purple Pesto
2 cups fresh Dark Opal or Purple Ruffles basil leaves, rinsed and dried
3-4 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried chiles
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, process basil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and parmesan. Slowly add the oil; add the rosemary and chiles. Blend to desired consistency. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
