I want to be transparent about my ingredients—especially sugar. I do not use organic sugars, but I do use bone-char free Zulka sugar, which is certified vegan and considered AGS safe. From that, I make my own brown sugar and powdered sugar. This way you can feel confident in what you’re getting.⁣

Most people don’t realize that common granulated sugar is often processed with bone char, which can be a concern for those with sensitivities. That’s why I choose ingredients that are clearly sourced—no guessing, no worries.⁣
