Woke up at 2:30 AM today to roll out 200 mini cinnamon rolls for our local hospital’s Daisy Award Celebration. Getting asked to do this for the second year in a row was such an honor. I mean HUGE for me!
A year ago, I had no idea what the Daisy Award even was. This year… I took it straight to heart. When they asked if I could bake again and sent me a video explaining the meaning behind the award, I literally cried. What an incredible honor for someone to receive. Healthcare workers truly are amazing. Their patience, their compassion, their strength. Thank God for them. 🤍
And let me just say… shoutout to my awesome husband who was right there with me at 2:30 AM, helping in any way possible, keeping me laughing, keeping me calm, and giving me moral support through the whole process. All before going to work 🥴🥴 I couldn’t have done this without him.
I was so busy rolling, cutting, baking, and icing, that I didn’t get a single picture… not one! Honestly though, that’s how you know it was a real bakery hustle day!
There are so many options when choosing vendors and local bakers, and I was genuinely humbled to be trusted with this again.
Here’s to 200 rolls.

I am BEYOND blessed to have had this opportunity.
When I say God will provide, oh my does he! I can’t explain how grateful I am.
