The Monthly Box sets us apart with cookies delivered to your doorstep each month. The Chocolate Chip Bake House works with businesses in and around the Baraboo area. Specialty cookies are large, filled with gourmet ingredients, and meant to knock your socks off. Some are stuffed and some, like our most famous chocolate chip cookie, are so full of ingredients, we probably couldn't stuff it if we wa

nted to! Katy's Cookie Jar is a part of The Chocolate Chip Bake House. She sells cookies to individuals and groups. You will find her at farmer's markets, vendor events, and pop-ups all over the Baraboo area. She loves to make people smile with her cookies! She often has something special for the kids, whether it be a free small cookie or a sticker. Family is important to her and she wants your family to feel the love that is baked into all of her cookies! Right now you can find The CCBH cookies at Kayser in Sauk City (get your car serviced and get a cookie - totally worth it!). We have also done weddings, ground breaking events, provided cookies as a treat in gift bags, as thank you gifts, the list goes on. We donate to many events around the area - schools, Community Heroes, the homeless shelter, and police station. We look forward to being a part of your next celebration, business event, or cookie craving!

It's World Food Safety Day! One of the biggest concerns about home bakers is that we don't have the usual inspections that commercial kitchens have. So how do you know that what I sell is safe for you to eat? Well, let me tell you:
I follow the guidelines set forth by the State of Wisconsin - I sell only non-hazardous food. That means food that does NOT need refrigeration. (No cheesecakes, creams, milks, etc... that would mold if being left out)
I read A LOT. If I'm not sure if something is safe, there are ways to have it tested. If I don't want to have it tested, I don't sell it. Period.
I took a food safety class through the Sauk County Health Department. It was mostly for Commercial Kitchens but it still taught me how to keep MY kitchen clean and ready to bake for YOU!
Food Safety is important and The CCBH cares about you and your health!
