First attempt at mousse and dark chocolate domes. Along with the attempt to plate.

had an awesome idea to try and create macrons. All I had to do was walk him through a couple steps and he did everything else on his own. Haha by the third batch, the egg whites wouldn’t “stiffen” so he had the bright idea to use a hand drill with a wire whisk attachment to beat the egg white. It worked! Voila! Lemon macrons with vanilla buttercream filling. And I am so proud of him!!! Babe you blew me away with this project. I love your determination 😍. Yup, baking is hard to do but it’s all worth it to see people enjoy the end product. There are still some kinks to workout but you got this 😘😘😘.

These didn’t upload today but we made 103 vanilla chiffon cakes and now in the process of gum paste flowers and calla lilies
