I've been making cheesecake from scratch for a little more than 10 years now.

I started off taking them to church potlucks and then work events and I became 'the guy bringing the cheesecake.' Someone finally asked me to order one, and here we are!

Double order last week: 8” Original Cheesecake and 8” Lemon. Both came with a side of blueberry sauce 😋

I’m not dead, I promise! I just don’t post on here, like, ever, as you noticed. I’m still around for your cheesecake needs, just less active on social media.

Some days you just need chocolate cake, am I right? And when you’ve had my chocolate cake, some days quickly becomes every day 🤤👨🏻‍🍳

Rarely does a cake not need icing, but there isn’t a single icing that could make this any better 😉

Not currently on the menu, but it could be 🙂. Let me know if you need some chocolate in your life 👨🏻‍🍳

This combo is actually the original cheesecake, aka where it all started—plain cheesecake with sugar cookie crust. Since this adventure began, guess how many people have ordered this exact combo? JUST ONE. But who can blame y’all with these tasty flavors I offer?

Thanks again ; I had a lot of fun making this one and it’s always fun to bake for a fellow Blue Jay!

Before 2020 (aka the year from hell) ends,
I’d like to thank
•my girlfriend for not killing me when I occupy the kitchen for hours on end; for rolling out cookie crusts because I hate to; for doing dishes that I dirtied; for tasting countless things, and for always entertaining my cheesecake ideas
•my mom for always believing in me and supporting me in whatever makes me happy
•last but certainly not least: all of you guys for coming along with me on this ride and allowing me to bring you some joy through my baking 🧡👨🏻‍🍳
