Back from my organ run and prepping cow ears to dry! A reminder that Anderson Meats has a natural, single ingredient pet selection with my dehydrated treats and another small business that offers freeze dried organs. They have in house smoked beef bones of varied sizes and deer antlers.
Malice was sporting her spooky pumpkin collar today from Revolutionary Tactical Gear.

What sorts of things do you do with your dogs when they can't hang outside due to weather?

Muddy grossness outside with never ending rain right now in Ks. Gave the dogs some hairy pig ears to occupy themselves for a bit and hopefully take a nap. Now I'm on my way to work the night shift.

What is your nail regimen??
It was nail day! Thanks to my high value treats, I got my dogs used to being trimmed and dremeled years ago. It takes me about 20 min. to do all 4 dogs.
The boys being older have those thick nails that seem to grow faster now then when they were young. They suck to cut, but the Dremel makes short work of them.
I do not cut them super short. I leave some length to aid in the digging they do regularly. Occasionally they will get a broken or split nail, but really doesn't happen often. Mostly I just don't want to hear the clicking on the linoleum and to keep their joints healthy.

Haven't posted my dogs feedings for awhile. Today is a simple day, this is an easy beef meat and liver blend that I get from my butcher. He sells these in small chubs for easy convenience.
