Welcome to the family - not only are we organic, but, now, the wheat that makes our bread and baked goods is regeneratively grown 66 miles from us and milled in Holyoke MA! To be able to support the local food economy with our revenue and put it back into small businesses like us is a dream. We’ve been working with for years now and are excited to support them in this amazing new mill they’ve built. Buy local…support local…eat organic.

We have recently partnered with Ilse Coffee based in Cannan, CT to bring you a washed field blend with hints of apple butter and peach along with a nougaty sweetness from Juan Rodriguez Cano’s farm in El Volcancito, Guatemala 📍

GastroPark will always have a special place in my heart for a number of reasons. Not only was it the first location that we opened back in 2021, the community and atmosphere is so electric.

It has a different vibe than Avon in the sense that people can sit there for hours on end, just enjoying a nice matcha from , a sandwich and a sweet treat from Small State, or a taco or two from .

📍It’s a smaller location, yes, but the community and heart that we have there is immense and we are so grateful

It’s alive!! No, seriously, it is :)

This is our sourdough starter: a living culture of wild yeasts and naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria. When we say our bread is “naturally leavened”, this is what we mean: no commercial yeast. Just flour, water, time, and a starter we feed and care for every day.

The wild yeast helps the dough rise, while the bacteria create that gentle tang, depth of flavor, and complexity that make sourdough taste like sourdough. When it’s bubbling like this, it’s active, hungry, and ready to become bread 🫧🍞
