✨Giveaway✨

Hello Friends! If you’re in the Waco area, I’m sure you’ve heard about the tragedy that occurred yesterday in McGregor, TX. The senseless act of one individual hit very close to home as 2 of the victims were my cousins, Lori and Natalie Aviles. Lori left behind 2 amazing boys, Ezra and Zion. There were five total victims, Monica and her kids Miguel and Natalie Avila. Monica also left behind 3 young children. No one deserved this to happen to them and I want to help in some way along with praying for their families healing and peace. 🙏

🍁Burlap and Brush was supposed to participate in a market this weekend but since I’m not feeling up to it with all that has happened, I’d like to have a “Virtual Auction” to get some of my items sold. Proceeds from this auction will go towards the victims families via their ‘Go Fund Me’ Accounts. These families did not foresee these circumstances and any amount would benefit them.

✨How the Virtual Auction will work: I will post photos of my items and you can comment with the Dollar amount on the photo that you would like to bid on. Anyone can add a comment below yours to continue the bid until the end of the virtual auction. I will open the Auction from Sunday, Oct 2nd at 4p and close it at 8pm. Whoever has the highest bid on the items at 8p will “win” the item. *The items will start at a certain dollar amount so be sure to read the description or caption of the photo that you are interested in.* I will have several “fall” themed rounds available in the auction and will post photos and videos on Sunday at 4pm so be sure to set an alarm. Remember that these proceeds go towards two deserving families that are healing so your generosity is much appreciated. ❤️

I realized I never posted a pic of this cutie that I made a few months ago!

Full disclaimer-I’ve had a busy last few months in my personal life but I am committed to staying on top of growing Burlap and Brush. I have some exciting projects and markets the next few months so keep a lookout for those details!
