It means a lot to be recognized alongside so many greats in this city. Austin’s food truck scene is no joke and we’re just grateful to have the opportunity to sling bagels and see your schmeared up faced every week.

DAY 2 of “I ASSURE YOU WE’RE OPEN!”

Update from the trenches…

Spent most of last night after service trying to fix our Apple Maps listing through Apple Business Connect… and wow. There is no real customer service line for this.

Every time I finally got a human on the phone at Apple, the conversation somehow turned into…
“Have you considered upgrading your iPhone?”
“Are you due for a new MacBook Pro?”

I am just trying to tell people we are OPEN 😭

Meanwhile, changes or even a response to a question take up to 5 days to show, so we’re just sitting here looking “closed” to anyone using Apple Maps… which is not exactly ideal for, you know… a small business trying to exist.

So if you see somewhere on the internet machine that we’re closed today… ignore it.

Pull up. We’re here. We’re slingin’.

Appreciate everyone who’s still finding us, supporting us, and schpreading the word while we wait patiently for results from this tech giant that apparently is way too busy to help me.

Having some issues with our Apple business connect which is what you see in Apple Maps. It takes 5 days for changed to take effect so hopefully we can get this resolved ASAP.
