Y’all know the BEC as a bacon, egg, and cheese but our barbacoa, egg, and cheese is the move. Braised til tender with chipotles, cumin, Mexican oregano, and clove. Hit the high score by putting on our chipotle cheddar bagel and kicking it up a notch with zhug salsa verde.

Have you had our chipotle cheddar bagel yet?

A twist on the classic jalapeño cheddar with a chipotle purée in the dough, cheese inside and on top. Goes great with any egg sandy or simply with our scallion schmear. Add bacon to the scallion schmear for a secret menu item.
