Today begins production of Thanksgiving Pies! Hand rolled and ready for filling. Who else is getting ready for Thanksgiving?

This may have been our best cooking class yet! We made bulls eye French toast with fried chicken, and topped it with a BBQ maple syrup 😋 we also made jumbo cinnamon rolls, which are unfortunately not in this picture. Cooking classes are always a good time here at Whisk at Your Whim 😁

Another successful kids cooking class! We made a red pasta ravioli with a butternut squash and ricotta cheese filling 😋 topped with a brown butter sage sauce, Brussel sprouts, Parmesan, and fried sage. 😊 does anyone else need assistance getting their kid to like brussel sprouts? 😂

Had a wonderful kids cooking class the other day with a very talented young chef 👩‍🍳 we made tomato sauce from Julia Child’s cook book, a simple pasta, and focaccia bread! Let us know if you too would like to learn any new cooking skills for the holidays!
