Custom orders are taken all year long, but if a holiday or big event is approaching, the amount of custom orders taken is definitely limited.
Placing orders in advance is always important. At least 1 week’s notice is needed, but closer to those big events at least 2 week’s notice is needed.
May and December are the busiest months of the year and I will close custom orders weeks in advance before those months.
