First attempt at a specialty cake! Practicing for a friend. 3 layer Lemon cake with cream cheese icing and a white chocolate drip! I’ve got the flavors down, now I’m practicing my techniques.

I made some cupcakes for teacher appreciation week at school! 65 to be exact and it was a very cool new experiment!
