🚨 Pay what you can 🚨

I have four rolls left that are not at their peak freshness! They were baked very early yesterday morning and never found a home.

I hate seeing waste and as these rolls are still nice and soft (and delicious, just not quite as fresh, I want to offer a pay what you can! Normally my cinnamon rolls are $5 but today, pay what you can, $1, $2, the full price. Your call!

I will be setting these out on the porch table now, first come, first serve.

I just made a fresh drop at The Pantry Market.

•Two kinds of loaves; original and cinnamon raisin

It’s been a little quiet over here and for that I apologize! ✈️

After a little trip to the Mile High City, your favorite sourdough dealer is back and ready to get back in routine!

While I didn’t have orders open this week, you could have found some Cozy Crumb goodies at both Mesa 22 and The Pantry Market.

The Pantry Market will also be getting a small restock from me this morning, as well as Saturday. Fresh loaves and oatmeal cream pies to make your Thursday a little better? Say less!

I will be opening up regular ordering again this Sunday and I’m thinking we need a few Halloween inspired goodies, so keep an eye out because something wicked this way comes 🎃

Things we know well in this house? Food allergies.

Our youngest daughter has cmpi, which is just a fancy way of saying she cannot have milk, or anything that contains milk/dairy. We are professional label readers and we know all of the ingredient jargon. 😵‍💫

So while I’m busy baking up the classics, I am also always brainstorming how I can tweak a recipe to make it household friendly while still being delicious. And that’s how these dairy free English muffins were born. Perfectly fluffy, soft and still maintaining that sourdough tang- these were a win in my book.

All of this to say, when it comes to allergens, I know ball. And while I may not always be able to accommodate an allergen, if you are wondering if I can, please ask!!!

My customers are the heart of my small business and I will always try my very best to make sure everyone can (safely) enjoy my bakes! 🫶🏼

A little Cozy Crumb update!

This week I will not be opening pre orders, however The Pantry Market will be restocking Wednesday morning at 10am.

If you need any fresh loaves, bagels or cookies (and maybe some cinnamon rolls 👀), make sure to swing by! This will be the only restock at the store for the week so you will want to snag what you want before it’s gone!

It’s Wednesday and that means it’s RESTOCK DAY 🎉

Here are a few of the things I will be putting on the shelves, and new to the menu- sourdough oatmeal cream pies! Grab a pack before they are gone.

All items will be available shortly after 10am at The Pantry Market, and while you are there, make sure to take a look at all of the other local vendors.
