Construction is still underway at Rosa’s Cookies, and we’re getting more excited with every bit of progress!

There’s still work to be done before we can officially open our doors, but behind the scenes we’ve been busy planning, preparing, and getting ready to bring you all of your Rosa’s favorites PLUS lots of new items we can’t wait for you to try! ❤️

We’ve updated our Rosa’s Cookies Specials menu with our own, fully unedited food photos, so you can see the food exactly as it comes out of Rosa’s kitchen. ❤️
We’re proud of what we make, and as we continue testing recipes and building our expanded menu, we want what you see to reflect what we’re actually creating right here in Auburn.
