If you wanted to take the cake decorating class but April 1st was not a good day, I am going to make up the first class on April 15 starting at 8:30 a.m. The regular class will begin at 9:30. I will provide all that you need and give you a list of the equipment you may want to get after that. Please leave me a message if you are interested. The next time I plan to do the classes is January or February 2024

I just want to clarify, I am not working again. I can only work 3 to 4 hours at a time I have been doing a few odd orders. If you want something simple please text or call. If I can work in a cake on a Thursday or Friday I may do it. I have back up help for wedding cakes and want to use up my inventory. I will not take orders for specific dates otherwise. A week to two before is the longest I will promise. I do not have the stamina to go back to a full time bakery. I appreciate all the people and orders for the past 30 years. This shop in the woods, on top of a hill, with a sometimes rough driveway, but I will always appreciate all of you that stayed with me and gave me a chance.
